Employees were exceptionally cordial and down to earth. My order was ready almost 10 minutes before I was told it would be. Clean work areas. Just wonderful. Can't wait to be in the area so I can order from them again.

Look what the worker gave me

Terrible experience, went in at 9:15pm no one else was in the store. Soon as I walked in the girl says we're closing in a few minutes. I looked at the sign said 10 pm closing. She has a snippy attitude btw,so I proceeded to place an order of one chipotle sub a meatball sub and a chocolate chip cookie. She then informed me that they ran out of meatballs because the baseball team ordered nothing but meatball subs. Then she tells me that all the cookies are frozen. So I didn't get any dinner that night because the other sub wasn't for me. As I was ordering I handed her a coupon for the 2 subs but when she rang it up she through the coupon back in the bag and charged me full price anyway. This was 2 days ago and I didn't catch name but her id number is 0103. She should not be working with publ

I went in about 7:15pm or so to get subs for my fiance and I. The woman working there made it very clear that it was a big inconvenience for me to be ordering anything. I tried to be understanding as I also work in food service, but she made me very uncomfortable. I read out my fiance's order from my phone, and admittedly I ahould have been paying more attention to what she was doing, but she grabbed a topping my fiance was allergic to rather than what I requested. Sandwiches weren't cut through all the way or labeled, and I emded up bringing my fiance an overpriced sandwich that they couldn't eat, and after everything, I ended up crying. I don't think we'll be returning to this Subway any time soon.

Sent husband to get subs and ordered a club sub with just lettuce tomato and mayo with provolone cheese and when he brought it to me was not a club and he said girl just piled stuff on jd didn’t listen, I do not like peppers or raw onions and plastered on so no dinner tonight!
