McDonald's

I completed a drive through mobile order at the Gowanda NY location. Service was reasonable but the burgers were dripping with grease even on the outside of the bun. One of the burgers came with a long hair, something I do not have. Definitely not the best meal!

I come here a lot. Most of the time, the food is pretty decent for what you’d expect to come from McDonalds. The staff is usually friendly and once in a while food is missing from the bag, no biggie. BUT, the last few times I have gone to this particular McDonalds, the food has been absolutely terrible. Almost inedible. The last couple of sandwiches I have ordered have been super dry with very little ingredients. The order I got today is completely unacceptable. Both sandwiches were extremely dry with almost NO sauce. The patties were so dry to the point that they were almost BLACK. Not only that, everything besides the chicken nuggets were cold. They’re always nice and have a nice pace, we don’t wait all day for our orders.

POV: you go to get your first McRib of the year. It comes back with nothing on it, so you politely go to get it fixed, and the cook just slaps everything on there like a brat.

my boyfriend had gotten a burger that had maggots on the one side of it absolutely disgusting!!! do not eat here.🤮
