Subway

I just wanted to say that I had a great experience this evening at the subway in Girard, Ohio. I wish I had gotten the workers name, but I just want to give her a shout out. She not only took great care in making my subs, but she was so pleasant. Thanks! 😊

Garbage, bread completely smashed like it was a soft pretzel stick. Never going back here. The one off the freeway in Hubbard is where local people should go.

My sub was so delicious and the girl who waited on me was so kind and so sweet and that’s something that you don’t experience every day with people who work fast food. I know the job can be tough, but it’s just such a pleasant experience when the person who’s helping you is kind. She had dark hair and was working the closing shift. She deserves a raise.

Second review (4 stars): I have been here multiple times since my first review. The result is always the same... 5 stars. Not today. I just came out of the place with a To-Go order, so I haven't tasted the food, yet. I have no doubt it is good. The service, however, get a minus one star. The girl that took care of me didn't seem like she wanted to be there. She wasn't very friendly. When I had to change something part way through, she seem perturbed. I gave her a $1.00 tip to hopefully Brighten her day. I know, one buck isn't much at all, but I never tip at Subway. In any case, she didn't even say thank you. WoW. Ordered three subs from there online and even tipped. when I brought the food home one of the subs was incorrect, took all three back with my receipt and I was extremely nice and told the girl one of the subs was wrong. the young girl at the counter, said “I watched her make the subs, it’s correct. I pulled the subs out of the bag to show her and she wouldn’t even look, she said “I’m not dealing with this” walked off and got the other girl. The other girl was extremely nice and remade the sandwich. They need to do better hiring people that are actually nice to customers. I’ve never had such rude service and will never go back to that location.
