Subway

Chicken sub was awful. Tasted like boiled chicken definitely Not grilled chicken. Won't get that again. My husband had a Spicy Italian he was only able to eat half of it. He said the meats were awful, not like they had been. Maybe they have changed suppliers, if do they should switch back. We won't go back for a long while, if ever.

Manager would rather talk with employees about going to the bar than doing there job. When a order is placed for pick up at 6:20 pm and not ready or made till 6:50 pm that's a issue. Other people walked out saying going other places to eat. The disrespect the employees and manager on shift on March 8 2026 is beyond tolerance and made me and my family refuse to support this subway ever again.

We usually eat out of town, and tonight that justified it. The 2 ladies working, extremely rude. One of the ladies, named Shadow, she was nice upon entrance but changed my mind mid way through our order. The other lady told us that the cheese goes first and when it came to the veggies, we requested the sauce to be last and you would’ve thought I were asking for a million dollars. At check out, an online order came in; and in Shadows exact words “well they can just suck turkey butt”. Then at that the end ask for a tip? No thanks. Here’s a suggestion, skip subway and go to Jersey Mikes in Ontario.

Online orders should never come before a customer that's waiting in line. 1st cine 1st serve. Get your lazy but up and come get your food. 1 person walked out when 3 subs came up from a online order when he was about to order

i sent my fiancé in to get food, the employees were making it seem like it was a bother for him to get food or ask for anything. They made the subs smaller than normal, the lettuce was definitely expired and slimy. Also my sub was supposed to be a BLT and came with mayo, bacon and pickles nothing else.
