Subway

My fiancé was sent to subway as I was craving it. I asked him to make sure they toasted my bread twice. He ordered and nicely asked for the one that was in the toaster be toasted again. They pulled out my sandwich and toasted my fiancé’s sandwich then asked if his needed to be toasted again. He said no the other one. They were very rude and disrespectful. The two women working there asked if my fiancé was upset he stated no he’s just trying to get our sandwiches. They then asked if he was high. He stated he was sober and they said “well you must have relapsed because you are definitely high.” Not only was that disrespectful they continued to go in the corner after he paid and the last thing he heard was “yea he is definitely high.” And a giggle from one of the women. Stopped in to this location on my way home and location is clean, didn't have to wait in line too long. Mason was working and handling it. Kept a smile on his face and greeted everyone. He needs to train some of these other locations in and around Gainesville. Location isn't far from home so I will be back.

I go here 2 times a week got a meatball sub . The bread looked white dough. When the boy put the meatballs on sandwich I said hey that sauce looked watery. They both said my manager does that ever time she makes it . I threw it out the window. Sorry that sandwich was not a meatball sub . Very disappointed. They was pre closing . So all that crumb crap was stuck to the bottom of my sub . I will not be back ever look at the Camara 8 o'clock u will see yuckkkkk make the sauce good and train your employees. On customer service. Now I got to spend more money on my dinner because of poor service

This particular Subway has been excellent each time we've visited. Today we placed it order online from the parking lot. When we walked inside, or sandwiches were already being prepared. The bathrooms are clean and there's a fruit stand/plant nursery right across the street. It's a pleasant stop...

Ordered food here around 6:30 was set to deliver at 7:17 never received it no one will answer the phones and the online process is telling me to wait for email correspondence. RIDICULOUS waste of over $40 on TWO footlongs. Edit: Went into the store to inquire about my order and the woman was very rude, asked me what I wanted and I told her I had a delivery and went on to explain I ordered through the app and she cut me off saying we don’t do delivery what’s your name and I said I know I figured it was a third party app and she cut me off yelling asking what’s my name I told her she stayed the man beside me was there to pick up my food and to “take it up with him” and walked off to the back with her coworker laughing (mind you I placed this order after 6 it’s now after 8..) the gentleman
