Subway

At the time of this post, it appears to be understaffed because I see the same people everytime I enter. Food is good but is produced like a in person drive through. If you want a sandwich now then I would recommend coming here. Otherwise come when it's not as busy for a more personal touch.

Don’t order here if you actually want meat on your sandwich, or an owner that truly cares! I paid $10.49 for afoot-long sandwich with about two ounces of meat on it. Photos never lie! This owner should be ashamed of serving this to a customer, and not offering to remake the sandwich! I will never go back to this location, no matter how convenient it may be.

I went in the subway in Fort Mitchell and ask for a footlong on white but I got some kind of bread with cheese on top that I didn't even ask for my mother was with me and she also witnessed what type of bread I asked for they didn't offer a discount or to remake my sandwich or anything.

Food is great if prepared properly. That’s the problem, either the employees are not properly trained , can’t understand direction or just plain don’t care. There are too many other Subways to eat at.

I ordered a steak and cheese melt on wheat bread and the young lady began to cut the bread completely in half put the meat on top cheese and vegetables fallen off. I asked her The bread shouldn’t be cut completely and half should it? Her response was yes you just eat it like a hamburger. First out I’m not ordering a hamburger I’m ordering a sub sandwich from Subway in Fort Mitchell Alabama. I said no I don’t want to cut completely in half because I don’t want everything falling out as I try to eat the sandwich. She shrugged her shoulders and said oh well wouldn’t remake the sandwich. And I left with discussed. Be careful where you eat you should never have to pay someone to treat you bad Nor pay someone for bad service.
