I can not even rate the food as I never get served. Been there multiple times on my lunch break only to never be served. I end up having to leave before I can even get helped. Worst location ever. I only have 30 minutes for lunch it takes at least that long to even be acknowledged since only 1 worker is ever there at LUNCHTIME! Do better Subway!
Online orders are constantly late by 15-20 min. Show up to pick up at specified time and they haven't even started making it! Then they make it incorrectly on top of it! The service has really gone down at this location lately. Never had a problem here until about 2 months ago. Just showed up at 12:05 to pick up my food that was ordered for 12:00 pick up time. They guy said sorry we don't have flatbread that you asked for, we were gonna call you....but didn't. Ok, I said put it on wheat. They made the sandwich. I got it 15 min late. My lunch time is half gone now. Start to eat my sandwich and the chicken felt like I was eating mashed potatoes....it was so mushy. It was disgusting! I had two bites and could not finish it. I don’t know what the lady name was because she didn’t give it to me but her attitude was nasty from start to finish. I figured business might be slow… that’s the only other thing I could come up with. Well hopefully subway gets it together and AT LEAST smear the damn mayonnaise or mustard on the bread BEFORE you add anything else. I thought that was universal law but hey 🤷🏾♂️ at least I’m not hungry anymore. Thanks for the dry sandwich.
Oh my gosh best subway experience I've ever had! My boyfriend and I met Frank, from Germany. He is amazing! Not only did he make us the best subway sandwiches we've ever had, but he had time to talk to us while he was working and told us about himself a bit (we hammered him with questions) he had the best attitude I think I've ever seen in a fast food worker and made sure we got everything we needed and we're satisfied. Thank you frank, I will never forget you!!
This was my third attempt going in there they never have any veggies and there was a black girl with short hair working there very rude and unprofessional
