I’ve been wanting to try this place since it opened. I finally did today and I know it’s going to become a new favorite! They have SO many drink options: Protein shakes, Boosted Teas, LIT teas (caffeine & protein), Iced coffee, Non caffeinated options, & Slushies. I tried the Berry Booster & the Quantum. Both very good! They also sell 1st Phorm protein bars and beef sticks. I highly recommend checking this place out. There’s something for everyone here!

Absolutely love this place. The teas, protein coffees and shakes are delicious. The protein bars and protein sticks are the best. Most of all the owner Rebecca is the best.

Fired Up Nutrition is hands down my favorite spot for a delicious and healthy pick-me-up! Their teas are amazing—refreshing, energizing, and packed with flavor. The best part? Rebecca, the owner, is incredible! She truly cares about her customers and has created such a welcoming space. Over time, she’s not just been my go-to for great drinks but has also become a friend. I also love that they offer an entire vegan menu, making it easy for everyone to find something they love. If you haven’t stopped by yet, you’re missing out!

Amazing people! Haha quality products with amazing flavors and combos. Owners are involved and it shows. They will always have a customer in me. Whether it's the tasty iced coffee, a turbo caffeine charged, or any different immunity type of drink they have it all!!!
