Rude untrained employees. Hot food is always cold. Employees obviously don't want to be there and usually appear high.
This subway is a joke. I’m sorry but 3 olives per 6 inch? Prices go up but quality definitely doesn’t! Please bring a decent sub shop instead!!!!
Waited 20 min for one sandwich on 7/23/25, Made order on phone. arrived to wait 10 min in car at drive thru. Cannot rate the food - yet, will give One star for this spots lack of planning. THE STAFF INFORMED ME THEY HAD NO BREAD TO FUFILL THE ORDER. "WE RAN OUT". IT'S A SANDWICH SHOP.
More than 10 minutes late on our online order with cars behind us waiting taking for ever the workers have no care to hurry.
The lady too our order tonight was AMAZING! She was right down sweet and had the best customer service EVER! The best that I have in a very long time. I say this because I have worked in the food world before. She did everything to a very high Serve Safe Certification. Because I have the Certification I hold places to that and if not I talk to the managers about it. Again SHE was AMAZING EMPLOYEE!
