Longer than average wait every time I come through. I've had to leave the drive thru line because of waiting 25+ minutes and no movement in the line. Food is average, had a big Mac once where the patties were nearly paper thin. I just think the staffing is awful and needs a lot more help.

I had one of the worst experiences ever at this place. The food they gave us was ice cold, clearly not fresh, and honestly tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. When we went through the drive-through, the customer service was unbelievable — they literally threw the food at us through the window and even called us out of our names when we questioned the quality. We tried calling to resolve the issue, and they hung up on us the moment we explained the problem. When we called back, the only solution they offered was to remake ONE item out of a seven-item order. Completely unacceptable. I will never spend another dollar here, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I ordered food last night and picked it up a bit after 9 PM. I noticed a weird texture second bite into eating a McChicken. I spit out bits of RAW CHICKEN that was on top of my sandwich. Here's to hoping I don't get food poisoning 🤢

Been many times. Rarely satisfactory. Sometimes they seem to have a few good staff members, but Bucciferro clearly treats this location as a turn key operation. I assume the good people don't stay because of this hands off management approach. Often get the wrong order, horrendous wait time, and even staff inside pretending they were close and not responsive once.

Aleana gets 5 out of five stars for going above and beyond and serving my husband and I quickly with a wonderful smile. I will definitely be back.
