Subway

We have stopped at the subway a few times because it's convenient. Each time we've stopped we've noticed that there's typically only one person working. When I stop tonight there was only one person however it was not busy. When the person was making the subs he just dumped lettuce on half of it. Then I asked for spinach he took a handful and he basically dumped it on top so it went all over. When I asked for tomatoes he only put 3 on a foot long sub so I asked for more. We also got a meatball sub and he barely put any sauce on it. You either need to train staff better or hire people who will do the job. Quiet place, was slow today, and the guy was ready to take orders. My order was taken care of with pride and cheerful service. Will gladly return time and time again

Today was the best experience I've had there within the last month of me coming to this place, you can tell that everything has changed for the better. By far the manager that took over is on top of her game. No lack of ingredients, she seem to enjoy her job and take pride in doing it right thanks btw. Thanks for recognizing the problem and putting an mvp in there subway!!

This place is an absolute joke. Placed a large online order last night, arrive to the store at the time it said, and it was closed. No lights on, doors locked. This was on a Friday night at 6pm. The other times I've been here were also lacking good service and offered lower quality subs, even by subway standards. I Hope that it being closed is a permanent situation, because it doesn't deserve to be open, at all. Would give it 0/10 if I could.

It pains me to be harsh considering this was once my favorite Subway, but I simply can't recommend it. I placed a mobile order earlier today approximately 15 minutes prior to when I arrived at the store. When I got there, there were three walk-ins, two mobile orders, and one employee "working" who seemed to lack any sense of urgency. I watched no fewer than 3 walk-in customers enter and leave before getting their order taken. I was there for 20 minutes before my sandwich was even started and the guy at the counter was taking his time doing so, and mind you, there was hardly a line. Other than that, the food itself was typical mediocre Subway quality and at least the bathrooms and counters were clean, hence the 2-stars.
