Epsom Public Library

Cute library, alot packed into it. Good book variety, though we tend to stick to the teen area. Love of spaces to sit or have a group meeting

It's so nice having a new library building; many surrounding towns do not. The staff is quite friendly once they have seen you a few times and get to know you a bit. (Typical for New England I suppose) The book selection is really large but don't usually have what I'm looking for. My young adult and elementary school kids have a hard time finding quality books to read. We have read the good ones and want more but I guess we are too picky. We prefer quality over quantity and with a conservative homeschooling family (read into that what you may) there are so many books and topics we want to find at this library but have a hard time avoiding all the stuff we don't want to read.

We absolutely love this library. Not only do they have several activities every week like storytime, crafts for the kids, movies, Lego club, and knitting club, but they also offer discounted passes to a few local science centers and museums. Mrs. Benner knows the patrons by name and is always warm and inviting. She is like a part of our family. We are lucky to have such a great library in our little town.

This library offers something for everyone - adult movie nights and afternoons, lectures, book reviews by local authors, meet-the-canidates opportunities, and incredible opportunities and events for children and teens. Mrs Benner hosts 3 story times, one a toddler time, each different with lots of interaction through songs, books, and crafts throughout the year - this library is a member of the 1000 Book Club. She also pulls off events such as Dinosaur Week (with Dino skeletons and dress up day), a Beauty and the Beast Costume Party, & Teddy Bear Picnic, then she mastermind a Recycle Into Crafts Party. She hasn’t left the teens out either. Most small towns offer nothing to draw their teens off the streets at Epsom library teens are offered LEGO Club, Dance Nights, Excersize Nights, & Mo
