Subway

I went to Subway today so satisfy my Subway craving (happens like twice a year) and the Eagle Point location just made my desire for them cease to exist entirely now. I went through Drive-thru because I had two toddlers in the car and appreciated the convenience of it— the 25 min long wait with absolutely no other cars wasn’t even the issue here, it was the fact I ordered 2 sandwiches and one was completely wrong (and expensive mind you) and then there was notes written on the liner paper that touches my sandwich. I was disgusted. Not only that, but I had tried to call the store back countless times and no one answers at all nor is there a voicemail machine to even let them know. unfortunately I was already back home to discover these issues or I would have just turned back around. Parking not the best and not the easiest to get to. Customer service is good other than that just a typical subway. Edit: My mom recently went through the drive thru, was never given the option for a tip, yet $1.08 was taken off for a tip without her permission. Also she had request for her receipt and was not asked if she wanted one. Maybe just me but that seems a lil sus.

Management should be fired. One person working at a time. If one walk in and one person in the drive thru are there someone is waiting 30 minutes to get helped. It's pretty pathetic.

If I could give them a zero I would. Service is terrible. They messed up my order but I didn't realize it until I got to work. When I called them they didn't answer, (I was later told by their staff that they have the ringer's turned off). When my husband went down to request a refund on my behalf he was told I needed to bring the sandwich in. When I went in after work, with the sandwich, the employee first said she would get me a supervisor then refused to refund me, then stated she was the supervisor. I was stuck with uneaten messed up sandwich & fake sympathy.

i am very understanding with wait times, especially right now seeing as so many businesses are understaffed but this subway is something else. the wait time in the drive thru was super long, per usual, but we assumed the staff must have been busy inside so, you can imagine our surprise when we drove by the front windows and there were no customers in. the food is still fine but the service at this location is subpar at best. also our sandwich wasn’t cut all the way.
