Subway

I went to get food on the 24th and they were closed early when I asked the lady with glasses why they weren’t open she had an attitude and said she wasn’t staying in there all night with just her and another lady neither of them had on a uniform but tank tops that didn’t cover much which isn’t family friendly , don’t get me wrong I understand being short staffed but the attitude was unacceptable.

The ladys at this subway in Dublin Virginia in Walmart cheat people out of their money. They put one super thin peice of meat on their sandwiches and when you ask for white bread you get a flat square peice of hard bread you barely can bite into. No other Subway does this. Its horrible and so are the subs. I truely love Subway subs but wont EVER buy from Dublin Virginia Subway again.

Was ordering in person and they still couldn’t get my sandwiches correct. Both were to be toasted only one was. Wasn’t ask bread type for second sandwich was just put on what they chose. No sauce added to sandwich and when I mentioned this oh the chicken is seasoned “sorry we’ve had a really long day”but no offer to fix

No one ever greets you at this location. They never seem to be busy and still can not get an order right. This is the 5 time I have ordered from them, I always pick up on my way to work. In every order there has been something or everything not right. Missing ingredients or sauces drinks or cutlery. This is just very bad business practice. I always tip or use to. I will no longer be tipping, if you can’t get an order right I will not tip you to encourage you continue to do a bad job. We all have to work there is no reason for you not to do the job you are paid for and then want a tip on top of it . I’d like to think you know most your pick up orders are going to work and won’t have access to the things which you leave from the order. There is no good excuse for poor customer service.

I've been a loyal customer for years. Lately I've notice the service has been getting worse each time I visited. Today was the point of no return. I placed an order by phone to be picked up 40 minutes later I arrived 50 minutes later. My food wasn't even started. This was my last visit to the Dublin, Subway
