If I could put 0 stars on the service review i would! Me and husband went in to get a couple of simple subs made. The girl slams the tray down walks to the back and gets another girl no "hey how can I help you" or anything. We literally had to explain to the young girl step by step bc she was acted as if she wasn't aware on how to make any kind of sub. Ask for extra bacon and didn't get it the tiny amount of cheese she put on our sandwiches was absolutely depressing. Don't waste your money here, you won't get what you ask for and definitely not worth your $

It’s great to have a place that is relatively healthy in Denton to eat. It is always clean and the service is always friendly. They’re in a good location. It’s easy to get in and out of. The restroom is always clean and it is a private lockable restroom.

Ordered 2 footlong BMT sandwiches. When my wife got home an laid them on the couhter I picked one up and said bread only and she sad no so I looked between the bread and found hardly any meat and cheese? What the heck both sandwiches we the same style and both were almost empty of meat and cheese! What is going on? Sure dont look like what the advertising did!

I purchased a footlong and made sure to let Brooklyn know I only wanted two toppings. Lettuce and olives. I requested olives three times due to the small amount she was applying to my sub. A gray haired lady came from the back and checked on Brooklyn's application of the olives, then turned around and went to the back. I sensed she thought Brooklyn had made a mistake or maybe she thought Brooklyn needed her supervision.... Maybe they are only supposed to give you one small serving of each topping? I felt that since I was only getting two toppings, a little extra of one would be fine. I know everyone is looking to save money and I know subway employees are trained to adhere to rules. Brooklyn made a customer happy with minimal effort or cost and seemed to understand my request from start

We eat here most Sundays after church. It’s always clean, cool and the staff is always pleasant and does exactly what you asked for. I don’t mind tipping them at all because they do an excellent job. Especially Savana, she always gives the best service.!!
