Whoever was working 01/01/2026 at 11:30 should not have a job. Absolute worst service I’ve ever had anywhere and I’m pretty patient. Not a single person in front of me at the drive through or inside. Was told "it’s gonna be minute” … 10 minutes go by no response so I ask if he’s there and he barks "I told you it’s gonna be a minute." I think the owner should maybe evaluate their employees. If it were my business I would be ashamed!

The food is amazing here but the staff could know less especially jason, i got a sandwhich that had none of the veggies on it that came and as i went back to get a new one obviously upset he wanted to act like the victim and started getting angry at me, also he said bannana peppers and peppercinis are the same thing when i looked it up to show him he still argued, i dont really need to explain more to see where this is going very argumentative and not the usual friendly style. I was very disappointed specifically with jason with this interaction.

I was disappointed with the customer service during my visit with my mom. When we requested a glove change, the staff member in the photo chose to continue serving others instead of accommodating us, even though we were next in line and there was only one person behind us. The interaction felt unnecessarily dismissive, and her responses came across as rude. I hope this feedback can be used to improve customer interactions in the future.

Store was not busy at all this morning and took a while to make 3 footling breakfast sandwiches for us, which didn't really bother me since I think someone was training still. We don't live in the area and we're only passing thru. The eggs were super cold even after they "toasted" the sandwich. The inside of the breakfast wrap was as cold as the orange juice I bought. And the flat bread was dry and hard on the edges. But when I called back to tell the store, they refused to refund our money back onto our card because we purchased drinks too with the sandwiches. The lady just wanted to argue with me about how it was impossible for her to refund our money and we would have to drive all the way back to have them remake more sandwiches even after we left town. The woman who rang me up claimed to be unable to use my coupon because the prior coupon I gave her was expired and now the computer wouldn't let her use another coupon. So I asked her to cancel the transaction and start over and she said she couldn't so I said get the manager and she said she was the manager. I said so cancel the order and ring it up over again. She said she couldn't. After I told her I worked at a subway for 4 years and I knew how to do it all of a sudden she knew how to fix it. She said this was going to be the last time that she did this for me as if I go there all the time They accept expired coupons all the time. I'm just glad I clipped the new ones that came the other day and had a good one because she was determined to make trouble for me. She should not be managing
