My boyfriend and I went there for dinner 3/2 at around 5pm. And the server was very rude! First off, she didn't even give us the right bread. We both asked for Italian herb and cheese and gave us the white cheese bread. Then when my boyfriend asked if this was the right one, she was very snarky in her responses. Then my boyfriend actually had to point out the right bread he wanted and she snapped at him saying "it's the same bread" while huffing and rolling her eyes. Even though it wasn't the same bread. It was obviously different. That wasn't even all that happened. Then when my boyfriend couldn't hear what she was saying because she was talking too quietly and he repeated himself while still being respectful. Had an absolutely horrendous experience. Ordered 2 subs online, got home only to see a cold sub, the bread getting soggy and tastes extremely stale. For reference I asked for both subs to be toasted. This particular store has gotten worse over time, so I tried calling the store and if I can bring them back to the store for them to correct it. The person on the other end was extremely rude and rather short. She bluntly said “I know I toasted those subs so it won’t matter if you bring them in”. I was in utter shock with the respond and could only say excuse me to make sure I heard it correctly before she hung up on me. Probably one of the best subways that I have been too. The gal that helped me was super friendly and did an amazing job on the 4 sandwiches. Will definitely be coming back to this specific subways restaurant. You should consider giving this employee a raise. Probably the first time I have engaged with such a friendly and professional subway employee. Thank you!

I've never been to a subway as cheap as this one. They go below the portions and if you don't catch them, they'll add an extra charge to your sandwich.

Asked for a club, they didn't have roast beef, said they didn't have olives anymore. They talked so quiet, you can't hear what they are saying. Asked for black pepper they put salt and black pepper on, instead of grabbing just the pepper. This place used to be very clean and well run. It seems to be going down hill.
