Subway

I love subway tbh but I also used to work at one for too long. We were FORCED to fold the deli meat as in the photos, but this subway and many in this area just stack the flat slices together on the bread without even separating them. And maybe it’s just me, but it lowkey ruins the whole sub 👎🏼 I could make a better sandwich at home.

Subway Restaurant Online Review I stopped at this location to order a footlong, presented my coupon when time to pay and employee would not honor it. I explained that I use the same coupon at other area locations without issues all the time. After a long period of grumbling, he permitted me to use coupon but would not let me use my app to scan to earn points. I finally told him that I would take my business elsewhere and politely asked for my coupon back, which he refused to do and started to call me every curse word imaginable…in front of other customers! I told him I planned to contact corporate and left for my car, where I saw that he had charged my credit card for the sandwich that he had refused to give to me. I re-entered the store and showed him my bank account where it indicated

I arrived around 8:53am on a Sunday (7/25/2021) and the store was not opened. A black young girl Subway employee arrived like 2 minutes later. She turned on the open sign and didn’t not even actually open the store. It clearly started that the store was supposed to be open since 7am. Another lady arrived and tried to open the door and she just put up both of her hands indicating the store opened at the 10am. Terrible service!!! We were starving.

There was a bit of a language barrier which caused me a bit of frustration as I can usually understand those who speak English as a second language. His accent was so thick I couldn't figure out what he was saying. He seemed to have trouble understanding me too. Once I ordered he pointed to the right for me to go get my milk as if I knew where it was. It wasn't busy so it would have been nice if he had shown me where it was as older people like myself don't always see well. I didn't see the milk- it was on the very bottom. The cashier man was much more pleasant and helpful, showing me where my item was and thanking me when I left. The food was good.

I bought 2 half subs. I looked at the picture of a hot ham and Swiss. I got 4 pieces of game and a piece of Swiss. Looked nothing like the picture. The other was a chicken breast. I had to get extra meat. It looked so horrible. One piece of cheese. I paid 15.00 for nothing. Never again. Subway needs not to be so greedy with there meat. I paid for it. Smh.
