Kids half-filling waffle bowls is putting you out of business! I'm not coming back to pay all that money for this nonsense!

I came to this location to get the Gummy Bear flavor all to find out gummy bears aren’t in the Italian Ice— I’ve decided to no longer come to this location it’s just always something “off”. **No disrespect to a Black owned business** I feel like demographics matter when it comes to franchise ownership. Because the Alexandria, VA location has gummy bears in their Italian Ice- I mean it should. The flavor tastes so different😕

Rita never disappoints except when there are very little flavor options, but always good.

We know Rita's Ice products are really good. The staff here is just as awesome! Though the lines tend to get a bit long as the weather gets warmer, the staff remain friendly and fast! I noticed that they have teenagers working there and some seem to have come back after each season. They also have a community board for you to enjoy while you wait. I've found some great resources on there. I love my neighborhood Rita's!

customer service made me decide to never come here again. Shantel need her attitude checked. as i was starting to say something the window closed n she got an attitude ab everything. 0 stars frfr.
