Subway

Everytime I go there I have an issue. Last time the order name was wrong and they were trying to say my last 4 digits of my card wasn’t the same as what was put on the online order I look at the receipt it doesn’t even say a card number at all she was reading the account # on the receipt and had to get the owner to give me my food I had proof that those were my two sandwiches and they were still giving me a issue. Now today the same crew was there and the sandwich was supposed to be Italian herbs n cheese bread with Turkey AND HAM and paid $2.00 extra for extra meat and did not get extra and they didn’t even put any ham at all we called the store they said because they were busy they we’re probably rushing and didn’t read it right the manager was not there so we couldn’t speak to anyone in

I never knew at Subway you can’t customize your sub. Today, February 4, 2026. Went to get a protein wrap and asked one simple question of can I try the rotisserie chicken Instead of the grilled and was looked at like I was speaking another language and then the other worker (older lady) was called over and she so rudely said NOPE with an attitude, poking her lips out and shaking her head. I Responded saying I thought you could it’s just an up charge. She threw her hands up and walked away. I walked out and left the sub there I won’t be giving them any of my money. No wonder why I haven’t been there for months. I didn’t need the wilted lettuce anyways glad I stopped going here and won’t be back. I just ordered a sub online and I got back to the house and opened it up to start eating. I am thoroughly disappointed and need to speak to a store manager. About this because I was hopped on the whole sandwich. I ordered a steak and cheese sandwich with veggies. I got the skimpiest amount of steak ever seen and I used to work for subway in Colorado at the biggest franchise we owned out there summit subway I was a general manager of multiple stores so I know how a sandwich is supposed to look and the amount of meat put on the sandwich. This lady who was working tonight dose this to me and multiple customers religiously and I’m sorry but I’ve had enough. My whole meal is ruined because I’m not going to eat a salad sandwich.

This was a nice, quiet little place to stop for lunch on a long drive across the state. The lady who prepared my sandwich went above and beyond when she asked me if I would like her to use a clean knife (that has not touched meat) when she prepared my Veggie sandwich. That is the most thoughtful question I have ever been asked in ANY restaurant I have been to in my 55 years and I truly appreciate her insight into what my preferences may be concerning how my food is prepared. The sandwiches were absolutely delicious as were the cookies! Thank you so much! This lunch break made the rest of our trip so much more pleasant after our stop here.

Did not like service they don't always honor TV advertise deals and I miss the seafood salad subs and man prices are up
