Subway

Stop here for lunch today the subway inside Walmart in Scott township Heidelberg. The food actually wasn't that bad today it was rather fresh surprisingly as you can see in my photos. The young woman that served me was very polite in hospitable. For the atmosphere I would have given five stars, however it is in a Walmart that is very deplorable...

They refuse to take subway coupons and promotions. Rudest workers. Ridiculous prices especially when you consider food quality and how bad the service is. Go to the subway in crafton. They take coupons that are much nicer.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this Subway location. The staff member was extremely rude, giving us mean stares while assisting an intellectually disabled individual in my care. She did not want mayonnaise on her sandwich, and when we asked what comes on it, he rushed through his words so quickly that it was difficult to understand. She tried to explain that she could not eat mayonnaise, but he got an attitude. When I asked to speak to a manager, instead of addressing the issue professionally, he simply remade the sandwich without acknowledging the problem. Based on this experience, I will never return to this location, and I will not bring any of the intellectually disabled individuals I support here. This Subway is not welcoming to disabled or Black customers.

This got to be the worst subway ever! Went through the subway app. They got our order wrong twice...pathetic!

Always shorts, me cheese and when I complain, I’m told well I’ll put it on there if you want I told them of course I want it. I paid for it happened to me three times. I won’t go back.
