I’m not sure of the workers name, but she needs proper training. I honestly didn’t even want to go back in to ask because of the evil stares I received from her while I was inside but I just left at 12:20pm November 2nd, 2025. She literally threw a silent fit because of how I like MY sandwich set up. Told her what I wanted on my sandwich and she starts suggesting how she wants to set MY sandwich up by saying the cheese goes on the bread, avocado goes before all the other ingredients I had to keep explaining to her this is how I’ve been getting my sandwich for 20 years! She squeezed ranch on my sandwich with a complete attitude like I did something wrong to her. Food was good and made quickly. Giving 2 stars because they accept coupons but on their own terms. They do not follow the terms and conditions on the bottom. They will not accept coupons on any of the new menu only the old. Good way to nickel and dime customers. If your going in with coupons expect you may not leave with what you want. Store is very small but has a couple outside tables for dining in.

Caucasian heavy set lady with glasses & piercings acted like she couldn’t take my order because she was too busy with online orders. Focus on the customer in front of you . Taking my order would’ve only took 2 minutes, you guys don’t have 2 minutes to spare to take the order of a customer that’s standing right in front you ? Your staff needs retraining. So I took my money to your competitors Jersey Mike’s.

Come to get a sandwich at 8:16 PM when the hours say they close at 9 PM and just get a halfway hand signal for an explanation Great way to run business!

I want so badly to give this place a good review! I go in frequently for the fact that when it's hot I don't like to cook and how awesome does subway sound on a hot day? There's three workers here that are completely stellar and the rest I can't imagine how they even still have a job. My mom manages a Subway, one of the top ones in the area, but who wants to visit their Mom at work and it's not convenient. I know how things should be done and they just can't get it together. Customer service is a roller coaster and you never know what you're going to get. They have zero clue how to make sandwiches nor how to listen. I always get extra meat on accident due to lack of training (I'm not complaining about that) I always get sauce I never ask for, and the quality of their products is always que
