Charcoal Korean BBQ Restaurant

Today I never gotten pissed off in my life! I've been going here for over 5 years and the manager decided to kick me out and my family because I called them on the BS of 16% service. It not printed on the menu and the waitress didn't tell us anything also they have hidden as gratuity 16% not service under California law SB 478 it needs to be printed out and mention to the consumer which it was not, and the use cheap tape to put it on top. Already reported to state of CA.

General consensus for the restaurant was bad. Staff neglected the table throughout our stay. Our wait was extreme considering there were many tables open. In the middle of our meal we were told we had to move to another table when our group unexpectedly shorted because of the wait. There was no consideration to us as we had already begun our meal. The food is fine, no complaints, it’s hard to mess up sides and some meats. the service was bad, and frankly the price is high for such service. I would not come here again. On top of everything the gratuity of 16% is automatically added, obviously leaving no option when your unhappy with your visit.

Been coming here for the last two years and the service is great. The food is amazing and the price for ayce is very reasonable for the variety. The quality of the banchan provided is very good, my favorite kimchi!

Walked in and called ahead of time to see availability and I was assured the seating would not be a problem. When we arrived we put our names down and waited to be seated. Shortly after this we saw a couple of tables open and we asked about the table can seat our party of 4 adults and 3 children (two high chairs and one can seat in a normal chair) we were told by the employee that no its too tight for us. Some what insinuating that were "too big" mind you im the biggest one in my group just being 5'8" 204 lbs. Safe to say i will not be coming back to this establishment.

Amazing place! Perfect service! Perfect food! Reasonable prices! Highly recommended for everyone who loves good meat and friendly vibe!
