Great place to get your subway fix! Atmosphere is great associates very kind and sociable. I had an easy time taking a break from work and doing some work on my computer!

Very very disappointed with poor services. Kid working there today 8/23 5pm was completely inept. Tried prepping a turkey avocado wrap, squeezed gross brown avocado on it. I couldn't believe he'd think that was ok! I immediately told him that was gross and to remove it. He asked me if I wanted 6" or 12" wrap but there wasn't a difference in price even after I said I'd take 6". THEN he couldn't fold it or wrap it! Very unhappy and won't be back. I was ripped off.

Worst sub I’ve ever had. Tiny, 90% lettuce. Two tiny pieces of meat and one tiny piece of cheese. Only ate it because I was starving.

Stopped in tonight around 815 and was seriously impressed with our service. The store was spotless, the food was amazing, and the customer service was beyond my expectations. The girl that took care of us was prompt, kind, courteous, polite, informative, and above all else professional. I hope you’re paying her well because employees like her are the reason customers come back time and time again. So pleased!!

I was so unpleased with the burton subway today. I had a cup on for 17.99 on 3 subs it excluded a few subs. The guy who I believe is the owner told me I could only order from the far board of subs nothing else because there is double cheese on all the subs now. I said I don't want double cheese. I said I would go else were that honor what the coupon says. He then says ok you can get those subs. All I wanted was the American club no extra anything and a bacon chicken ranch sub. He said bacon is extra.. ok. He puts the toppings on I asked for little lettuce then some cucumbers, tomatoes and black olives her barley put anything on. Actually he only put 4 cucumbers didn't even cover the sub.. I pay for it and I say I need to also get to sodas separate and cooked on a 3rd order because it was
