I love using the app and picking up food before work

The workers there were too worried about talking amongst themselves to make quality food. And that's putting it MILDLY a simple salad and chicken sandwich turned into swamps from the amount of sauces that were on there... half the food and twice the heartburn.

this is the second time I've gone to the subway and the lady tried to gaslight me about the cost of the chicken when I plainly read it on the menu. Trying to tell me that I can't use my coupon to buy a grilled chicken and bacon sandwich because "the grilled chicken is more expensive than the rotisserie"... what? I can read it on the manu lady.. rotisserie chicken: 5.99 grilled chicken: 5.59.. please tell me how that's more expensive. Do you not know math or can you just not read?

My husband and I have ordered from here three times this past month and we really should’ve stopped that first time. The first time, I ordered a roasted turkey sandwich and tuna melt on white bread. The sandwich wasn’t roasted and the employees put ham instead of turkey. My husbands tuna melt was fine except they gave him the Italian herb and cheese. Second time, I ordered the turkey sandwich on grain bread, but got white bread instead (not a big deal - maybe they ran out of the bread type). Today, the third and last time, the order was correct but there was a strand of hair in the turkey sandwich I felt after I bit down on the sandwich and felt that piece of hair in my mouth. I spit it out, half of the hair was in that pile and the other was in the sandwich. It’s disgusting and unsanitary

The 3 worker's behind the counter were disrespectful and rude. They openly mocked the customers they were serving and was getting impatient for no reason. If you hate your job, find another job but don't take it out on the customers who have nothing to do with that.
