Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Ordered an hour and a half in advance for a 5:15 pickup. Arrived at 5:15 and they did not have my order ready. Also had 10 or more other people whose orders were not done. Should have had double the employees working on the day before Mardi Gras, which is probably one of the busiest days of the year

Went to this popeyes 30 mins before closing on christmas eve because my husband was craving a chicken sandwhich from here before going back to work offshore and well they did not disappoint. Yes the lines were long, but the order was pretty much accurate. Only thing that was messed up was they switched the mayo on the sandwhiches and switched the pies other than that food was great and they had everything including the Mac and cheese at that time of night. I appreciate the popeyes employees that still worked on time and accuracy even though it was almost closing and it was christmas eve. I will definitely be back to this one. And Merry Christmas to the crew.

The best service I have ever gotten at a Popeyes. The manager was doing a wonderful job to make sure everyone was taken care of and the food was fresh and delicious. The woman running the show deserves a raise. We dined in on 11/7/25

I was originally waiting in the drive thru line but after about a 10 minute wait I decided to order in store. It’s funny because my receipt says drive thru instead of dine in. Anyway, i ordered inside and the cashier started doing other things and i had to ask for my drink cup. The cashier put his hand inside my drink cup when he handed it to me! Is that a common practice? Very unsanitary. There was an over loaded trash can in the back clearly visible from the front counter, mind you this was around 2:00 pm.

I order door dash while Im working and I ordered the 12 piece bone in mix and match, 6 honey bbq and 6 sweet and spicy and I received all 12 wings traditional as well as I ordered 2 strawberry cream pies and received apple pies instead and this is the second time. I won't be ordering from here again as I tried to call about my order and no one answered the phone.
