Extremely frustrating experience. I placed an order through the Subway app, and it showed my food as "Ready for Pickup." But when I arrived, the staff told me they hadn’t even started it because they were “too busy.” Then why mark it as ready? That’s completely misleading and unprofessional. I asked why it was marked ready, and the employee had no answer—just ignored me. No apology, no explanation, nothing. I had to wait in line again just to ask for the order I had already paid for. In the end, I received my food one full hour after placing the order. This was a complete waste of time and totally defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. Everytime i order food for delivery something is always wrong or missing. Today i got rotten olives and when i called to let the know the olives had gone bad i get met with a very rude woman who told me the olives had just been set out and that they arent bad.

This was my first time at Subway’s for quite a few years. A young girl named Allison waited on me.She was very efficient and polite. The sub tasted delicious so I will definitely go back soon.

Very expensive price of i compared with other locations, i bought foot long chicken sub with no add ons , chips and small drink and she charged $16.75.Normally i bought around $12.50. I bought most of the time on highway service plaza and there price should be more because they are located right on the highway but this subway is more expensive not recommended

My go to subway in Binghamton. Jo is an incredible sandwich artist. Always smiling, super friendly, and makes sure your order is spot on.
