I am honestly suprised ar the number of great reviews. I found the meals I tried to be sterile and tasteless. All the flavors seem to be superficial with nothing 'baked in'. The tofu meal was barely edible: it tasted like it was prepared by someone who hated tofu, who just grabbed a package and threw it in without adding any spices or flavors and without marinating or cooking in the flavors. Hard pass!

I’ve been Loving my Project Lean Nation Meals!! I love the variety and knowing the exact Macros I’m eating. It has made my meal planning so much easier. *pro tip: invest in a hot logic personal portable oven. It’s a game changer as far as how the food tastes vs the microwave. And so simple.

Gotta say that I am kinda a fan. I tend to be extremely busy so the meals plus a hot logic from Amazon make sure I eat lunch every day. Plus, the Bananasana Bread shake is so delicious. I like to go a little off script and add blueberries.

I love this place and feel so lucky to have it in Binghamton. I’ve lost significant weight, I look and feel the best I ever had because of their meals. The shakes are fantastic and staff incredible.

Delicious Food! Great for meal planning, on the go, bring to work for a quick tasty meal. Sensible stuff but really good. Relaxed place to stop in and grab food for the whole week. Throw them in the freezer and you have your food backups. I bring them to work and just microwave a meal for lunch. All contained and ready to go. Weight loss, athletes, older folks that want a complete meal for less $. Snacks too, they also do shakes to order. it's not a weight loss place though and not for muscle heads, it's clearly for everyone and is very inviting, no pressure. You can just stop in and buy stuff, there's no obligation for a plan, it's awesome. It's right in the old Number 5 building. Wow Love it! 🙂
