The staff is very cheerful and helpful. They always handle customers well. They always keep the tables and store impeccably clean. Best of all, the sandwiches are simply amazing.

Although there are no restrooms, the service was alright. I felt unsafe in this area but my order was correct and I was able to be in and out quickly during my road trip.

Please avoid ordering from the Southampton Plaza Subway. I placed an order using the Subway app, taking advantage of the buy one footlong, get one free offer. When I arrived at the scheduled pickup time, there were no other customers, but the staff member had difficulty locating my order. As he began making the sandwich, despite my clear request for salami only without bologna or turkey, the staff member refused to continue making the sandwich as requested. He insisted that salami was an extra charge and argued with me for at least five minutes, during which he became increasingly hostile.
