My homeboy T dog (Tristen) who actually is not my homeboy anymore messed up my order I asked for a spicy Italian sub without mayo and without jalapeños and dawg put everything that he could possibly find in the whole subway on that John idk what he was hearing but all I asked for was a spicy Italian sub without those 2 ingredients. I then to run 2.5 miles back to destination while taking almost all of the stuff off my sub I then got back to my designated place the sub tasted not very good and i was not very happy the rest of the night and i was very unhappy and unpleased with the work that Tristen did I think we should sell the subway and put a jersey mikes.

Location doesn’t participate in the national app code. Read reviews in regards to the local delivery of the paper coupons which aren’t accepted after calling. Better rethink that practice otherwise business will suffer with the other food establishments Becker has to offer.

Do not order online from here. Both sandwiches are missing half of what was suppose to be on it. The sweet chicken teriyaki doesn’t have cheese and is not even toasted. Never using this subway again.

This is the third time I’ve gotten an incorrect online order. Today, it’s freezing cold and we decided to grab subs. Two of three were incorrect. It all comes down to the double meat, it shows clearly on the order that I requested that and it wasn’t there. She mentioned writing it in the notes, but no one should have to do that when it’s on the order and you’re charged for it. I called and spoke to a woman and she was very kind but indicated they can’t do anything with the app. I use the app to save money and get rewards. So it’s disappointing that I have to email the corporate resolution desk. On top of the subs being done incorrectly, the bread was under cooked and under proofed. We won’t be back. Ordered a couple of veggie sandwiches with avocado. We know they charge for avocado - I get that but they put on just a teeny measly amount and when we asked for more, they charged us double what they normally charge for avocado. Person making the sandwich had zero customer service skills. They do not seem to want repeat customers.
