Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I have never been to this DQ before and have never had a bad experience at any DQ. This one is no exception! The employees were super friendly and service was fast. Keep up the great work!

Had myself another fantastic frozen hot chocolate from Dairy Queen. My only criticism is there was a lot of kids running around unsupervised. Which is really not Dairy Queen's fault but it was a little chaotic. At the young adults working Don't seem to be focused. I'll still be returning.

I am with J&K Restaurant Services and I stopped in to talk with Tucker, one of the managers there. He was quick to notice I was there! Tucker was kind, professional, and intentional. I am looking forward to talking to both Tucker and the Dairy Queen Becker Team again!

I placed a mobile order through the DQ app for pickup tonight, scheduled for 5:42 PM. I arrived seven minutes early, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. At 5:41 PM, I received my order but noticed an item was missing. I informed a crew member, who made a new one but mistakenly prepared a cheeseburger instead of the deluxe I ordered. I asked if it was a deluxe, and he assured me it was, but I double-checked and pointed out the mistake. After about six minutes, I finally got my food. When I checked it at home, I found it had mayo on it, despite my request to have it removed. It seems there’s a need for better training to prevent these issues in the future. Just an all around great place to get food! Never had an issue with an my order or quality of food.
