Subway

Placed an online order at 9AM to be picked up at 8pm.... Currently 8:18PM.... Order is not even halfway done. Gave 11 hour notice and prepaid. Can hear them complaining as I sit here. Now it's 8:42PM, order still not complete. Younger girl with blonde ponytail just keeps walking around saying I'm out of here in 20 minutes, making no effort to help the others. Completely unprofessional, completely disorganized. They are making sandwiches, all basic ingredients, not 5 course meals.

There was 3 workers there and one was in the back doing god knows what. One of the worker’s took whole 15 to 20 minutes on one sub. I think her name is page she has purple hair. The other to workers was doing a great job. Today’s date is 11/04/2025 I was just so unsatisfied with that one girls work cause there was a line of people and she acted like she didn’t care if we got waited on or not.

I ordered a BLT sub online. I didn’t want the sandwich heated or toasted, just the bacon cooked. I put that in the comments of my online order and when I get home and ate bites of my sandwich I realized I was eating raw bacon. Don’t get me wrong, the bacon is precooked before it’s even served but the fact that they made the sandwich like that is disgusting. I work at another subway establishment and I can’t imagine serving people basically raw food unless they ask.

Pretty sure the tip jar doesn’t go to the employees and also one of the lowest paying jobs in beaver dam. I don’t know how they expect their workers to be happy.

My name is Rebecca Dawson. Employees from the high school were rude and I will not return to this establishment. It began when we walked in after the football game on Friday, October 5, 2025, employees were making rude noises in the back kitchen area. Another adult high school employee, became verbally confrontational with a 13 yo due to previous issue at the game. The confrontation continued though out the visit and was exacerbated by remarks from multiple employees…
