Terrible service, cant make specialty drinks, made 1 fine, 2 wrong, then made two more wrong, while arguing they were right while im drinking them. Every chicken strip box has tiny shriveled tenders. My burger is cold. Staff was rude, and incompetent. I stayed polite, but they really made me want to go off. No one likes being treated badly and I'm no exception. Will be for the first time in my life requesting a full refund on my family's meal. Way to go, beaver dam dq. Way to go.

I want to start with the Staff, they are great and I have no issues there. But the last 2 times we have ate at the DQ Beaverdam. The drinks were awful , they tasted like to much carbonation liquid was in the mix , the drinks were virtually undrinkable. Youall need to do calibrations a lot more often. We got Coke Zero. In the lobby. Yuuuuuk. And then had the counter make our drinks. They were better. But still off on the carbonation. Please calibrate your machines.

DQ has been my go to for years! Used to take my kids all the time. You want to know how long? The photo below are DQ give away plates from either the 70's or 80's. Lol. They have been used and love all these years.

Great place to eat. Quick and easy dining.

Food was good. The restaurant was a little dirtier than I would like and they weren't that busy.
