Subway

We arrived at 8:49, and waited in line till 9pm (closing time) before being told we would not be served. If you want to close at 8:49, LOCK THE DOOR!!! Honestly they should just lock it permanently. This location has become the biggest joke. I was told there is no manager on shift most of the time. Please do not contact me unless you fire 2-3 people tomorrow. Short of that I will never be back. The couple in front of us felt the same way.

This is absolutely terrible, not to mention they seemed super annoyed I used online ordering.

The service and cleanliness are great. But the quality of food versus price you pay is way off in my opinion. The selection of meats, cheeses, and dressings have declined. For the price you pay, you should be able to get whatever you want on your sandwich. This is the only sandwich shop in our area. We'd have to drive 20-30 minutes to find another place. I just wish Subway was better than the reality of it.

The subway in baxter springs ks i would NOT recommend. The 2 girls working it tonight on January 31st absolutely rude. Had to repeat my order 3 times bc they were too busy chatting about non work related stuff. Threw the veggies all over the place and when asked if I could get more veggies on my sandwich they acted like it was a hassel. Then they used their hands to smash the sandwich down. Worst subway I've ever been too and the worst sandwich I have ever had from subway.
