Subway

I went to subway in Barron Wisconsin 01/25/2026 between 4:30 p.m and 5: 00 pm. Two guys were working. I was the only one waiting to order. Both of them was messing with things behind the counter. I stood there over 10 minutes and neither one asked for my order. I finally said I guess I didn't want a sub and walked out. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Placed an online order and showed up at the scheduled time. Didn’t get my food until an entire half an hour later meaning time from placing the order to fulfillment was 45 minutes. They were somewhat busy but not that busy. One lady was on and was doing her best. Another guy then came in from break or something? He took FOREVER. I think he actually slowed down the process even more because the lady had to keep helping him. I have never seen someone make sandwiches so slow, no exaggeration! It really is a shame because this location used to be quite solid.

I have shredded cheese instead of provolone cheese. The other one doesn't have cheese when it was supposed to have shredded. They were completely out of cookies at 445pm! We did the o line order. I picked the pickup for 20 mins after I ordered it. They had enough time to make more cookies or call me to let me know. But they never did. The young girl that was working told me that I would have to wait until the morning to get my money back.

The protein bowl i ordered was only half full. The customer service was bs. The girl had the biggest additude. Will not be going back. I have never been so unimpressed with any place like this.

I order from here a lot but lately it’s been really bad cause every-time I get my online order they don’t fill it very full with veggies on my sub I thought maybe it was because I just regular for an amount on the app so I put extra and they still gave me less then regular. Making a sub isn’t very hard people
