It's my first time in this place. I approached the counter and right a way they told me that it's 15 to 20 minutes waiting time. There were 8 guys in the kitchen and no one appears to be working. Only 3 people in the dining area. Thanks for the warm welcome.

I orderd two double cheese burgers with no ketchup and my boyfriend orderd the chicken sandwich. We ate in the lobby and realized both of my sandwiches had ketchup 😐 we brought them up to the counter and instead of bringing them to us when they were done the threw them on the counter and someone else got them. We did get a refund but left hungry and frustrated. Definitely could have done better with service.

Terrible experience. I pulled up to the drive thru and the guy was immediately rude and disrespectful. Did not ask us what we wanted to drink. Also got our order wrong. Would rate zero stars if possible.

I'm not a fan of the burgers, I wouldn't order again. The pumpkin shake was mid, but edible. I wish I had tried the chili cheese fries and called it a night.

I order the same thing every time I go here. A PLAIN HAMBURGER. And every single time, they put cheese on it. I specifically say please no cheese or anything else and without fail, they mess it up. Every single time.
