Subway

Everything about this place is just disgusting , customer service does not exist here. They are rude and Norma the manager as well. How can you hate working there but continue to push your hate towards the customers. Farmington locations are better and attend you with actual respect.

Haven't been in years. Today ordered a veggie footlong sub. She put maybe 4 pieces of green pepper, onions , etc on my sub. I almost laughed because that was SO WRONG!! Talk about being stingy with the toppings. I will wait another 5 years before going back. They could take a lesson from d' Angelo's subs back in Massachusetts where I always went.

Halfway through eating my subway sandwich and found small maggots.. I am so grossed out. I used to work there and never had any issues with produce or meats being left out and uncovered but obviously things there have gone downhill. I did an online order otherwise I would have said something while I was there about how yucky the spinach looks. And maybe would’ve noticed there. They also didn’t want to give me the two cookies that went with my meal instead of chips and my husband had to argue with the girl there while picking up the food. Ew.

Did the curbside order today, through the app. No issues til we got home, ordered 2 salads, and were extremely small portioned! Called to let the staff know, and the gal that answered the phone was dismissive and didn't seem to care, let us know that we could file a complaint during Monday thru Friday when mngt is in instead of trying to fix the issue then and there! Bottom plastic tray wasn't even half full! Beware of curbside orders!

Service was excellent. The quality of food was very poor. Either the owners don't allow employees to throw away dried bread or they just didn't care. My sandwich acted like it was burnt toast and it was straight from the bread oven. It wasn't worth the money.
