Subway

We came in for lunch and their customer service was phenomenal! They brought a high chair out to our table and gave my toddler a special treat. It’s very clean and you can tell it’s run very well!

Super easy to place my order and the entire staff was friendly and helpful.

EVERYTIME, I place an online order my sub is always wrong!!! I work down the street from this particular subway, so I go there a lot! The workers are rude and one in particular always has an attitude. They try to save on food items and give you less veggies to make it stretch for them. When you order, an ALL-PRO sub do NOT expect to get your double cheese. Especially on an online order. I have given them plenty of chances to get my order correct and it never fails. Even to the point where I only asked for OIL and she proceeds to give me the oil and vinegar mixture. I am fed up with this subway!!!!!!!!!!!

This subway is one of the best I have visited. The staff listens and I will pass other locations to go to this one.

Employees were having difficulty understanding orders language barrier of sorts. This made the order of 3 footlong subs not up to subway usual standard. This location on Gilbert Ferry Rd needs some improvement. Today October 31- employees friendly and helpful. Order was perfect and was quite tasty. Thank you.
