Jack's Family Restaurant

I grew up in Bama. My wife is a Yankee. This was her first Jacks experience. The burgers were good. The shakes were better. Good food for a good price.

My Grandma and myself went through the Drive through at Jacks and Were met with Hostility and rudeness And the Food was not even Done The Biscuits were Half done And The Meat was Raw And Cold ... and biscuit was Mainly Dough...

Tried to get a biscuit here 12/26. Plenty of employees, none interested in taking an order. I waited with another gentleman for 5 minutes and left. Odd for a Jacks. Bathroom was a mess also. Dunno.

The place has some great menu items, id recommend the loaded Mac. The time it took to get the food is short and the quality is pretty good for a fast food restaurant. Food is almost always perfectly seasoned

The restaurant was very clean inside and out. Drive thru was busy so we went inside where it was empty. Did not seemed to be too short staffed. Associate seemed very nonchalant and just took my order without a greeting or a thank you. Regular Hamburger ($1.69) was hot and juicy. Good value for the price. The Crispy Chicken Salad was wonderful! Shredded lettuce with cheese, bacon, tomatoes and loads of crispy chicken. I would recommend this restaurant if you like Jacks food.
