Subway

Ordered a meal today and asked for cookies instead of chips. Plus there’s a deal going on where you get a free cookie if you add bacon, which I had. At first the kid tried to claim he couldn’t do that. They did finally give me two but still shorted me the third one they owed me. Won’t be going back.

Food and service are amazing! The reason for only 3 stars has nothing to do with the staff, but has EVERYTHING to do with the owner and complete laziness. FIX YOUR PARKING LOT! Seriously, it's like a freaking mine field! Quit being a penny pincher and do something about it.

I walked in there on a Friday with my coupon to be told they don't except coupons on a Friday. I told them they mailed them to me and it didn't state that on the coupon. They said they just decided that. I told them I it was BS and forget it. No other customers in the store. Bad indication to me. On my way out of the parking lot there were holes big enough to lose my car in where you pull out on the road. A huge hazard if somebody pulls in off the road in a hurry. Major damage if you hit these holes. No more Subway for me. I won't do business any of them more so over the holes in the access. Good luck maintaining a business this poorly.

Why do you noy accept copons that were mailed from subway? Makes no sense especially when you walk into an empty restaurant. I would think some money is better than none. I can't afford to eat there without a coupon so guess im done with subway and also jacked up my car leaving parking lot that clearly had been needing to be fixed. So you will be hearing my lawyer asap.

I am delivery driver .after bad experience with subway at Jefferson City on Missouri Blvd I stop today at Ashland.the girl was nice and atmosphere was perfect.stake sub was good and I will stop again .in future I will lieve more tips because I compare my fillings with other subway and it's big difference.thanks all positive workers for making good subs for good people)
