Subway

We LOVE this subway!! We go out of our way to go to this one instead of the two others closer to us because the service is always great, our sandwiches are always right, and the view from the back porch is gorgeous! We’ve never had a bad experience here. Izzy and Nevaeh made our sandwiches today and they were awesome!

We’ve been to hundreds of Subways and the one in Anderson, just of Hwy 76, is by far the best. Walk into a spotless sandwich shop with happy servers, ready to make you a delicious sandwich. Once completed, take your sandwich and head outside to the deck and take in the glorious scape of Anderson valley. Will take your breath away.

We have stopped at this subway previously during travels from MO to AR, but never had as many problems as we did recently. We were given the wrong bread, while the employee insisted it was correct, and there was no wrap and confusion as to my order. Our coupons we received in the mail a few days earlier would not work, and then our credit card that works everywhere else did not work either. There is still a mess from construction from last year. We will not be stopping there again.

Two lovely ladies were working today and they were busy before we showed up till after we left. There was a Constant stream of people and they were handling it wonderfully. There were plenty of rude people who came in, and seeing the employees be able to serve with a smile on their face despite people treating them poorly, was so awesome. The food was so good and they gave us a great portions. Fast food workers are the building blocks of our communities and these two gals were non stop, doing an amazing job! They deserve a R A I S E!

I literally waited for my subway artist. 0ne of four that was present to stop what she was doing to go and find a lighter for another subway worker that was walking around behind the counter with a cigarette in her mouth. After her friend was taken care of she finally tool my order. That I had to correct her on 3 times watching her remove the wrong items each time. Hands down the most lacking customer service I have seen in ages. Is there any grown ups they can hire?
