As a regular to this store, I find the staff exceptional and this visit was no exception. Enoch was very attentive and generally a nice person to interact with. However, my last pizza order was less than stellar, the cook that night, Brittany, forgot to make my order. The order had an hour lead time and when I got there she was standing at the register playing on her phone and mentioned that she was busy STALKING someone and forgot to make my order. I had to wait another half hour to get my order.

Yesterday morning I came into the store & was greeted by an older lady. She was very rude to me & i honestly feel uncomfortable shopping here again. I believe her name was Patty? It was overall an unwelcoming experience to say the least.

We ordered a pizza over the phone on their AI program. Normally takes 20 minutes, system told me it would take an hour. I showed up early and was told by one of 3 people behind the counter that it would be ready at the time called for by the “system “. Two minutes later, he walked out front to have a smoke. No, he didn’t wash his hands when he came back 15 minutes later. At the called for time, my order was still not ready. They stocked the pizza by the slice counter TWICE with the same kind of pizza I had ordered… when they gave me my pizza after an hour and a half wait, it was cold and burned. The girl at the counter refused to take my money, good thing or they would get this garbage back.

Staffs freindly plus pizzas the best in my little town, lots of promos on caseys app for purchases and you get points for the food and gas for future visits.

Hated it one employee in particular Brittany akins her attitude towards me was unprofessional when she worked the register it gets worse when I ordered a pizza likel many others it was burnt or messed either yall get rid of her or you will lose my business along with everyone else I know we will boycott the store
