Subway

I went to this SUBWAY AT THE ABBEVILLE LOUISIANA NEXT TO SUPER 1 location and was told by the manager and EMPLOYEES THERE THAT THEY don’t do custom orders. I explained exactly what I wanted, but THEY refused to MAKE IT and said they only make sandwiches as listed on the menu. When I said I would call corporate number to file a complaint, all the employees said have a NICE DAY. Subway’s entire brand is based on letting customers build their own sandwiches, so this policy and attitude make no sense. Poor management and customer service. SO IF YOU DONT WANT A CUSTOM SANDWICH DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION BECAUSE I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN FOR THAT REASON.

Worst Subway ever! Employees treat you rude like they’re being bothered. This place could stand to learn a little about customer service.

Ordered a veggie delight and was overall unimpressed. There was 1 tomato on the whole sandwich and not much lettuce. It’s a veggie delight so of course I was disappointed that they were so lite on the veggies. The cheese was also left off.

The employees are wonderful but every time I go in it seems like a stressful environment when there's this one young lady named Kerry working so I talked to some of the employees about this and they said the manager tells them it's normal to have a toxic work environment so she keeps her around!!! I want all these young ladies to know that it's not normal and they do not have to put up with it. There are so many jobs out there that will treat them with the respect that they deserve. From one manager to another If you don't fix the toxic environment it will make everyone stressed and unhappy and customers will notice and they will not return. Just like a domino effect. I'll gladly take some of the good ones off your hands because great employees are not that easy to find. Count your blessin
