Sub of a Beach

Skip the corporate chains and big names—support a local sub shop that truly cares. I had the roast beef, turkey, and cheese; the meats were sliced thin and portioned perfectly—not too big, and definitely not skimpy. The shop is clean, the owner is friendly, and he’s genuinely grateful for your business. This is absolutely where your money should be spent.

SO GOOD! Mike made me a turkey and provolone with their own roasted turkey. Wow 🤤 every bite was perfect. Friendly faces and a nice menu of regular deli items as well as their made in house soecials. Surf 🏄‍♂️ Shore vibes with bright colors just made me feel happy 😃 They are also conveniently located on route 88 before the road splits north and south and the parking is easy.

First - Hot Honey Chicken Biscuit. It’s handheld heaven—sweet, spicy, salty, buttery—balanced in all the right ways. Didn’t take a picture, got right to eating! Picture of the Sloppy Beach Sub - roast beef, turkey, cole slaw, and thousand island. Looking forward to a delicious lunch! Never disappointed⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

For today's Lunch we drove over to Point Pleasant, NJ to try out this new Sub Shop. We had been to the other proprietor's shop 2 plus years ago during and after the COVID-19 shenanigans,. the sandwiches then we're pretty good, but the place was dark and rundown!!! The new proprietor's have cleaned it up, repainted, brightened it up and has a nice selection of Subs!!! Kit chose the #9, Tuna Fish with lettuce, onions, green peppers topped with mayonnaise, vinegar and a side serving of sliced pickles... For me, it was the #6, Boardwalk Special - switched out the Provolone for Swiss, Ham, Hot Ham, Peppered Ham, Salami, Pepperoni, topped with Tomato, Onions, Green Peppers, Hot Cherry Pepper spread and finished off with Vinegar, Mayonnaise and S.P.O!!! Everything was delicious and fresh!!!

Great gem of a find. We were heading back to Florida and wanted a breakfast sandwich before heading to Newark. Perfect place. The breakfast sandwiches were delicious 😋. I had the scrambled egg and cheese on a hard roll and my husband had the egg, sausage and cheese on the hard roll. Hot, fresh and delicious. Definitely a must do if you are in the area.
