Sub City

The subs @ Sub City are way way better than the tiny, soggy ones @ the other "sub place" The gals are GR8 at making your sub to order. Also recommend picking up their potato salad, coleslaw or chili

I just want to say that the three girls that were in there today did an excellent job they had a bunch of people and they had me in and out within 3-4 minutes And three people in front of me and many more behind me. They have a system they stuck to it and they hustled so I just want to say that my service there was excellent they were friendly and very satisfied with the visit. I had a meatball sub the parents could probably use some work but overall I was satisfied with my service

Tried this place for the 1st time recently. Didn't know I could be so impressed by a sub! It was one of the best I've ever had! And great bang for your buck. The price point is similar to subway, with way better quality ingredients and the subs are huge! Staff were very friendly and welcoming. I think I'm going to be a regular here!

I usually rarely visit Sub City. But Friday I didn't feel like cooking so I thought I would get a sandwich from Sub City. I ordered the seafood sub in a tub with the works. And for later I ordered a turkey bacon sub. I'm telling you that my lunch was absolutely tasty! And my turkey bacon sub was so yummy. The people that run this sandwich shop are friendly and accommodating. They really know what they're doing they sure know how to put a sandwich together. If ever you are visiting Waverly Iowa make sure you stop at Sub City and treat yourself to some very very fresh and flavorful sandwiches.

This ain't no Subway or Jimmy John's that is for sure. Subsidy is miles above them. I ordered the gohawk special sub which is a great tasty sandwich anyways. I had the works black olives and some of their new pickle aioli. AMAZING 🤩.
