Stu's Brews Drive-Thru

Really friendly staff, delicious coffee, and great eats. I won a gift certificate from a local radio station a long while ago and decided today was the day to break up the usual. Grabbed an iced hum yum caramel oatmilk latte and was surprised. I could actually taste the espresso and the espresso was great! The drink wasn't overly sweet, though yes, was sweet in the perfect amount. The spicy turkey breakfast sando was sooo good. Crisp, hot, juicy. All the things one could want in a bagel sandwich. Guess I have a new treat spot for errand days.

Great coffee and bagel/breakfast sandwhich stop! We came here passing through while driving the coast. Their breakfast sandwiches are highly customizable, and all ingredients cooked well and fresh, so if you don’t like your sandwich here, it’s on you. Mine was great, with bacon, egg, cheese and some veggies on an everything. My latte was great too, and I wish I was in town longer to try their cold brews and pour overs. The folks working here, including the owner, were really nice and helpful. I would definitely stop by again if in the area.

We just stopped through on a road trip, but I wish Stu’s Brews could be replicated! Very friendly staff and quality food/drinks. The spicy turkey sandwich was incredible. The coffee was delicious! I loved that this coffee hut had food options since that’s not always the case for smaller drive thrus. 10/10 would recommend.

Stu’s has been added to my list of regular places to hit when in Eureka. My wife and I appreciated the slower paced coffee drive thru that offered a full food menu. Great assortment of drinks, many you won’t find elsewhere. I love that they use local products in their drinks and sandwich’s, the spicy turkey on a cheddar bagel was one of the best bagel sandwiches I’ve had. If you’re driving by , be sure to stop by.

Stopped by Stu’s Brews and really enjoyed it. I love that they focus on organic ingredients, from the coffee and tea to the syrups and milk options. The Hum Yum Caramel Latte was delicious and perfectly balanced, and the Iced Strawberry Matcha was super refreshing. They also have solid breakfast and lunch options with clearly marked organic items, which is a nice touch. Cozy spot, great quality drinks, and a place I would definitely come back to.
