The vanilla custard was great and they have the best banana ice cream I’ve ever had. It was so fresh. I hope to see more custard flavors in the future! The customer service was also extremely nice. The employees were kind and respectful. Overall it was a great experience.

I’ve been to this new Strickland’s twice in the past month. Their frozen custard is delicious! On my first visit, I just had a cone. Today I had a twister, which is their version of a blizzard. Chocolate custard, with Reese’s peanut butter cups, delicious❤️. Every few days they offer different flavors, which look scrumptious! I was impressed with their friendly service and the cleanliness of this establishment. It’s kind of tucked away off the beaten path, but now that I’m familiar with this Stricklands, I’ll be stopping by more often. If you’re near Summit mall, check it out. I’m sure you’ll be as impressed as I am!

I always thought Strickland's had the best vanilla custard--but no longer. I had a large vanilla cone, and it was not the same. The vanilla taste was weak, almost as if they had used less or an imitation vanilla. The color of the ice cream was very white, not creamy in color as in the past. Perhaps they used less eggs or cream? It was still tasty, but not worth the high cost.

I came to Strickland's expecting a fun, local ice cream experience, but was honestly disappointed. The service was slow, dismissive, and felt more like an inconvenience to the staff than a place to welcome customers. Even basic courtesy seemed like a stretch. What’s even more troubling is what I’ve learned from others in the community: it seems Strickland’s has been paying people to leave negative reviews about new, nearby ice cream shops. If that’s true, it’s incredibly disappointing and reflects poorly on their business ethics. Instead of focusing on improving their own service, they appear more interested in sabotaging competition. There are better options in the area that actually care about customers and let their ice cream speak for itself. I won’t be returning.
