Firehouse Subs Market Street

I will never come back to this location ever again. First time ever trying firehouse subs & I wont ever come back again. I did a online pick up order. I noticed on the recipet the side of gravy was crossed out, with unreadable writing next to it. I proceed to ask the lady behind the counter what it meant, she said "oh where out of gravy" I said well I paid extra for it, can I have a refund, and she looked kinda annoyed. It was only for 1$ but still its my money, im not paying for product im not receiving. (She never offered me a refund or even said anything when I grabbed the bag) I wanted cranberry sauce on the side for my Thanksgiving sub, there wasnt a option online to do that, so when I arrived I also asked if I could have some on the side since I didnt ask for any on the sandwhich,

Ordered from here om 3/2. Usually they are great!!! Today my food was delivered STONE cold, yes they were HOT subs. When my food arrived it said on the receipt that they were out of Au jus. Wish someone would have called to let me know. I would have ordered something. Hopefully next time is better!!!!

Do not go here if you need 10 subs. Expect profuse complaining. They said "that's a catering order." Only one person was in the dining room when I arrived and none were seated when i left. The place was a ghost town. Go to a different sandwich shop if you want 10 sandwiches. These employees will act totally overwhelmed and give you an awful attitude. Also, they didn't get my order right. I only got 7 sandwiches.

Firehouse subs are very good. The bread is always fresh as well as the sandwich. The restaurant is nice, clean. The soda machine is clean. It would be nice if they fixed the parking lot,

Firehouse subs always has amazing food. Particularly their meatball sub is my favorite choice. Definitely recommend and they support local fire departments.
