Stone Manor Boutique Inn

This is a lovely B&B centered nicely between Lovettsville, Purcellville, and Hillsboro, not far from the WV state line. There are so many great places to eat, wineries, and local shopping, so the location was great! Breakfast was good too, and we LOVED our room. Manisha is so sweet and takes so many extra steps to ensure her guests are well cared for and have everything they could possibly want. She even indulged in luxurious sheets in every room! We stayed in the Turret Room and the bathroom alone with heated tiles, double sink, and jacuzzi tub was worth a stay. We were there a few days ago as a Christmas gift to each other, but will definitely be back in the summer to enjoy the rest of the property when it's warmer!

Simply put, Stone Manor is wonderful. From the grounds to the accommodations, the inn is beautiful, well-kept, and very cozy. My wife and I have stayed twice. We enjoyed the hot tub, took a starry walk on the grounds, and made ample use of the massive DVD library. The staff are welcoming and responsive, and the breakfast is delicious. We spent lots of time in nearby Harpers Ferry, taking in the history and lovely scenery along the Appalachian Trail. We will definitely be visiting again!

I went to this place for a friend's wedding, and what I witnessed would have warranted a refund. The brunt of the work fell on the bride and groom, with tasks like buying umbrellas if it rained. They were giving tours and selling weddings to couples during the time they should have been focusing on my buddy's wedding. This caused the "wedding Planner" to be 30 minutes late to the rehearsal, which we managed without her. The day of the wedding, they moved guests to the solarium, where no chairs had been put out for them. The groomsman started unstacking chairs in the corner of the room for the guests, uncovering a pile of dead insects in the corner. The guest room at the top of the house has a handrail that is extremely loose and dangerous, posing a significant hazard.

Stone Manor is a truly special place. Everything was perfect from the delicious breakfast to the beautiful and unique design of the suite. The atmosphere is peaceful, quiet, and relaxing, and the location is excellent close to Harpers Ferry for those who love to hike. We stayed for two nights and it was magical. We just had our wedding at Stone Manor and it was more then we could have ever imagined! We had about 90 guests and they all said as soon as they stepped on the property it felt like they walked into a storybook. The forest ceremony space was breathtaking and they were so accommodating and flexible towards our needs. If you are looking for a wedding venue that is as personal as your love story you need to book here. All of our guests said our wedding was the most beautiful and unique that they have ever attended.
