I have been to several other Stone Creek Coffee locations, but this was my first time at this one. It's on a busy street near the center of the Wauwatosa Village. It's a corner lot with an ample-sized parking lot. It has an urban chic design on the outside, with a patio out front. You can enter through the front by the patio or the side parking lot. Came here Monday morning. There were already people relaxing at small tables or working on laptops. There are large windows that help bring in lots of natural light. Several different areas to sit at, depending on your need for quiet or a larger table. The order counter is up front, with lots of space for menus, bakery cases, and merchandise. The entire space has the typical upscale yet relaxed feel that you find at their other locations. Ever
I’m a proud regular at the Harwood Stone Creek. For the last two years, the baristas here— kind, funny, and genuinely attentive— have been part of my daily life in ways that go beyond coffee. They’ve helped start my mornings, celebrate small wins, and offered quiet empathy on harder days. The coffee is consistently excellent. My drink is always made exactly right. The croissants should make any bakery blush. But what really sets this place apart is the people— behind the bar, at the tables, and coming through the door. Folks aren’t here because it’s the only cozy café around; they’re here because it’s the best. Anyone can make coffee. Stone Creek makes an experience. A business rooted in curiosity, kindness, and care is one I’m genuinely happy to support and it’s a true joy that the coff
Went this morning with some friends. It was super busy and crammed, which I don’t entirely blame them for. However, service was extremely slow. The line of people waiting for their coffee could have easily been avoided. There was a taller girl with braids working the espresso machine, and she was holding up all the drinks. She made espresso for drinks, but never fully finished making them. They sat there with espresso while she worked slowly and brainlessly. Another barista had to come over and finish my friend’s small iced coffee after 15 minutes of waiting. All he had to do was put in ice and milk, which the girl could’ve easily done. Not to mention, the coffee was way overpriced and tasteless. Avoid this place and just go to the Starbucks down the street.
Great atmosphere and great coffee! I tried the Cardamom Spice latte and loved it. A perfect warm drink for a rainy, fall day. The new space has great natural lighting and a good amount of seating. Seems like a nice setup for studying - lots of outlets and more individual seating. Great poster design throughout the shop, as well as cute products (and postcards!) for sale. Parking is easy and spots are plentiful.
We ordered the ham and cheese stuffed bread, peach iced tea, sausage egg and cheese stuffed bread, and horchata iced latte. Everything was absolutely delicious!!!!!! I loved the fact that they had extra simple syrup, honey and cinnamon on the side, if you wanted to make your beverage sweeter. Plus, the food was seasoned!!! Seriously, I was prepared for just plain dough, but NO! It had FLAVA! Warm seasoned dough with the perfect amount of filling to keep you full until lunch time. The staff was extremely nice and inviting. Everything was prepared quickly and was absolutely delicious.
